packers defense fantasy football DST streamers waiver wire rankings IDP

Sleeper NFL DFS prop picks for Week 17 Sunday Night Football (December 31, 2023). Use Dan's NFL over/under props recommendations to win money on Sleeper.

Welcome to our Sleeper NFL DFS prop picks for Week 17 Sunday Night Football. This week, the Packers travel to Minneapolis to face the Vikings on SNF.

Last week’s prop picks finished 2-1, bringing our season record to 25-13 (66%). We’ve run the numbers and highlighted three top props for this week you can use on Sleeper DFS or your favorite sportsbook.

Sleeper offers some of the best and easiest-to-win NFL DFS games in the industry. Sleeper DFS works just like regular player prop betting -- there are no large-field tournaments to get lost in. You're not playing against other people; you're just playing against the projections. Here are a few of our favorite prop picks for SNF on Sleeper DFS.

Announcement: We have two awesome new Props Optimizers for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA! The PrizePicks Optimizer and Prop Bets Optimizer are both available in our new Props Premium Package, which includes exclusive access to RotoBaller's VIP Discord chat rooms for props and betting.

NFL DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for Week 17 Sunday Night Football

Jaren Hall UNDER 214.5 Passing Yards

The Vikings continue their quarterback roulette this week, handing starter duties to rookie Jaren Hall. The 2023 fifth-rounder started for Minnesota in Week 9 against the Falcons, completing five of six passes for 78 yards and rushing twice for 11 yards before leaving in the first quarter with a concussion.

Hall has an uphill battle to reach his passing prop on Sunday night. The Vikings are middle of the pack against the pass, giving up the 13th-fewest passing yards per game (216.9). That said they have faced several inexperienced quarterbacks in 2023 and fared quite well, limiting the likes of Tommy Devito and Brett Rypien to under 160 passing yards each.

Rotoballer's Proptimizer tool gives this prop a 25.7% edge with a Sharp App projected line of 200.1 receiving yards. PFF is in line with this pick, giving it a massive 77.4% likelihood of hitting.

Tucker Kraft OVER 3.5 Receptions

Kraft has put together a productive string of games of late. Since Week 13, the Packer’s rookie tight end has had a 16.2% target share, 1.83 yards per route run, and a 19% first-read share. He has been a top-12 tight end in three of his five starts.

Kraft has finished with four catches and at least 57 receiving yards in three straight games. He has seen a flurry of targets since replacing fellow TE Luke Musgrave in the starting lineup, tallying 22 targets over his last four games.

In a trailing game script, expect Kraft to garner six or more targets again on Sunday night.

Anders Carlson OVER 6.5 Kicking Points

The younger Carlson is a great bet to hit seven or more kicking points on Sunday night.

Carlson’s rookie campaign has generally been a success, hitting 24-of-29 field goals including a perfect 17-for-17 from inside of 40 yards.

The Packers are implied to score 21 points on Sunday night in a game with a 43.5 over/under. Carlson has scored eight or more in four straight games and is facing off against a Minnesota team in Week 17 that is giving up the seventh-most points per game to opposing kickers (7.5).
