What an incredible Sunday of football we had, and the first week of fantasy football will officially be in the books once the Monday Night game is completed. No time to panic if you started the season (0-1). It's time to scour the waiver wire for players who help your teams this season. At RotoBaller HQ, we updated our Week 2 fantasy football waiver wire rankings for Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season. Nick Mariano has ranked the top 80 free agent options to help you prioritize who to add off the waiver wire.
Several players still have low roster percentages and could have an immediate impact on fantasy teams in 2025. Is Quinshon Judkins the Cleveland Browns running back to roster now that he signed his rookie deal with the team? With Rashee Rice suspended and Xavier Worth set to miss time with a dislocated shoulder, is Marquise Brown now Kansas City's No. 1 wide receiver? Does Keenan Allen still have something left in the tank after catching seven passes for 68 yards and a touchdown in Friday's win over the Kansas City Chiefs?
We have answers to these questions and will guide you with our top 80 fantasy football waiver wire pickups list for Week 2. Time to go make some moves, tweak your fantasy teams, and grab some waiver wire stashes. Good luck, RotoBallers!

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Some of the top names include Quinshon Judkins, Marquise Brown, Trey Benson, Keenan Allen, Kyle Monangai, and Dylan Sampson. We recap why these players rostered under 55% in Yahoo! leagues should be on your waiver wire radar for Week 2.
Quinshon Judkins, RB, Cleveland Browns
Week 2 Waiver Wire Rankings: 1
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Cleveland Browns rookie second-round running back Quinshon Judkins could be facing a multi-game suspension from the league after dealing with a domestic-violence case this summer. Judkins didn't sign his rookie deal until Saturday because of his off-the-field issues this summer. The Browns were granted a two-game roster exemption for the 21-year-old on Saturday, and reports earlier on Sunday suggested that it was likely that Judkins would make his NFL debut in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens.
Fantasy managers may want to pump the brakes on Judkins' availability now, though, as he could be suspended multiple games despite the domestic-violence charges against him being dropped. For now, Jerome Ford will act as Cleveland's starter, but rookie Dylan Sampson will also be involved. Judkins needs to remain stashed in all fantasy formats.
Dylan Sampson, RB, Cleveland Browns
Week 2 Waiver Wire Rankings: 3
Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson rushed for 29 yards on 12 carries during Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. He was much more productive and efficient through the air, catching all eight of his targets for 64 receiving yards. He finished with 16.9 points in PPR leagues, and he was still solid in half-PPR or standard formats thanks to his 93 total yards against the Bengals. Cleveland experimented with three different running backs on Sunday, but Sampson was far more efficient than Jerome Ford and Raheim Sanders.
As a result, the rookie likely enters Week 2 as the Browns' No. 1 running back. However, he will face added competition next week when Quinshon Judkins makes his NFL debut. Judkins will likely be phased into the offense so that he has time to get acclimated, which means that he's not a major threat to Sampson's role right away. However, as the season goes on, expect the two rookies to provide each other with healthy competition on a weekly basis.
Keenan Allen, WR, Los Angeles Chargers
Week 2 Waiver Wire Rankings: 1
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen dominated in his return to his former club on Friday evening during their victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Allen saw a team-high 10 targets and was able to bring in seven of them for 68 yards and a touchdown. Despite entering his age-33 campaign, Allen was able to emerge as a top option in this offense, alongside second-year wideout Ladd McConkey. Allen found the back of the end zone in the third quarter on an 11-yard strike from Justin Herbert.
Despite playing on a subpar Chicago offense last season, Allen remained productive, totaling 744 yards and scoring seven touchdowns on 70 receptions. Even though he is playing in a crowded offense with McConkey, Quentin Johnston, and a strong running back room, Allen appears to have WR3 upside going forward. He should be started in most 12+ team leagues heading into a Week 2 tilt against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Marquise Brown, WR, Kansas City Chiefs
Week 2 Waiver Wire Rankings: 2
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise Brown was targeted 16 times during Friday's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. He accounted for 42 percent of the team's targets and finished the game with 10 catches for 99 yards. Brown saw an expanded role with Rashee Rice suspended and Xavier Worthy (shoulder) exiting in the first quarter, but even with those players absent, nobody expected Brown to have 16 targets and 10 receptions. These totals represented the second-highest marks of his career, as well as the highest since September 2022. He should be a WR3/FLEX next week and would sneak into FLEX territory if Worthy is forced to miss extended time.
