Vegas Odds for the Day

NHL DFS Goalies

Casey DeSmith- DK $8.2K | FD $7.5K

Opponent - Anaheim Ducks

DeSmith delivered an exceptional game against the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday, only allowing a goal from Nathan MacKinnon in the first period before the Pittsburgh Penguins emerged victorious in overtime. With Tristan Jarry (upper body) out of the lineup, DeSmith has started the last four games for the Penguins. The 31-year-old goaltender will aim to continue his solid performance playing on the road against Anaheim, who have a home record of 9-13-1.

Others To Consider: Igor Shesterkin (DK $7.8K | FD $8.5K), Ilya Samsonov (DK $8.5K | FD $8.2K)

NHL DFS Centers

Sidney Crosby -DK $7.7K | FD $8.5K

Opponent - Anaheim Ducks

On Tuesday, Crosby had a strong outing, registering an assist, one hit, and two shots on goal. His noteworthy eight-game point streak continues, with three goals and ten assists to his credit. As we look ahead to Friday's game, the Ducks have the third-worst record in the league and the worst Goals Against Per 60 rate at 3.89. This presents a golden opportunity for Crosby to take advantage of their defensive weaknesses.

Evgeni Malkin -DK $6.8K | FD $7.4K

Opponent - Anaheim Ducks

Evgeni Malkin is a great value pick at the center position when Pittsburgh faces off against the struggling Ducks. His salary on DraftKings and FanDuel is significantly lower compared to other elite centers like John Tavares and Mika Zibanejad. In the Penguins' last game, Malkin recorded two assists, two penalty minutes, and three shots on goal. Over the past ten games, he has amassed five goals, eight assists, and 32 shots. Anaheim has surrendered the fourth-highest number of power-play goals in the league and sits at the bottom in Shots Against Per 60 with a rate of 38.69.

Others To Consider: John Tavares (DK $7.5K | FD $8.0K), Mika Zibanejad (DK $8.0K| FD $8.4K)

NHL DFS Wings

William Nylander -DK $7.7K | FD $8.8K

Opponent - Columbus Blue Jackets

Before the All-Star break, William Nylander of the Toronto Maple Leafs was honored as the Second Star of the Week. In the last ten games, Nylander has collected six goals and six assists, contributing significantly to the team's success and solidifying their fourth-place position in the Eastern Conference. The Maple Leafs will face off against the struggling Columbus Blue Jackets, who have the fourth-worst Shots Against Per 60 at 35.04. Nylander has 185 shots on goal this season, and he may seize the chance to shoot as much as he can on Friday against a weak Columbus defense.

Johnny Gaudreau -DK $6.5K| FD $7.6K

Opponent - Toronto Maple Leafs

Johnny Gaudreau of the Columbus Blue Jackets could be a budget-friendly option for Daily Fantasy Sports lineups when they face off against Toronto on Friday. The Blue Jackets have had ample time to rest, as they haven't played since January 31st. Gaudreau produced in the team's last game before the All-Star break, scoring a goal on two shots and earning a plus-1 rating. He faces a challenging battle against the Toronto Maple Leafs, but prior to a week-long break, the winger recorded two goals and eight assists in ten games.

Others To Consider: Mitch Marner (DK $6.8K | FD $8.4K), Jake Guentzel (DK $7.0K| FD $7.8K)

NHL DFS Defensemen

Kris Letang- DK $6.0 | FD $6.5K

Opponent - Anaheim Ducks

Tuesday, Letang made an impact in every aspect of the game, registering five shots and seven hits before scoring the game-winning goal in overtime against Colorado. The defenseman has been productive since his return from missing 11 games, tallying five points in just four games. With five goals and 16 assists in 32 games this season, Letang continues to be a key player for his team. Should the Penguins get some power play time, Letang should be able to produce offensively with the man advantage as the Coyote's penalty kill has given up 48 goals this season.

Seth Jones- DK $6.6K | FD $6.8K

Opponent - Arizona Coyotes

Consider including Seth Jones of the Chicago Blackhawks as a defenseman when building your Daily Fantasy Sports lineup. Jones had a strong outing in Tuesday's game, recording a tally, three shots on goal, and one blocked shot in the 3-2 overtime loss against Anaheim. In the last ten games, he has been productive with three goals and seven assists. Jones has a prime opportunity to accumulate DFS points when facing off against the Arizona Coyotes, who have a high Goals Against Per 60 of 3.47 and Shot Per 60 of 34.82.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP): Jakob Chychrun (DK $7.3K | FD $7.5K), Adam Fox (DK $7.2K | FD $7.4K)

Stacks of the Day

  • PIT PP1: Letang-Crosby-Malkin
  • TOR PP1: Nylander-Tavares-Marner
  • NYR PP1: Fox-Zibanejad-Panarin

That's all for today, good luck with your lineups tonight and thanks for choosing RotoBaller for your NHL DFS needs! Now go win some money!
