The Titans have a new head coach in Brian Callahan, and the franchise spent a lot in free agency to improve their offense. Will Levis, who is heading into his second year in the league, will be put in favorable positions to succeed, and the trio of Hopkins, Boyd, and Ridley will see most of the action this year.

In 11 games last year, Burks had just 16 receptions for 221 yards on 30 targets. He has scored just one touchdown in his first two seasons in the NFL, and that is quite concerning.
