Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Zack Wheeler (shoulder) is set to be reinstated from the 15-day Injured List on Saturday. The right-hander will make his season debut against the Atlanta Braves on Saturday. Wheeler has fully recovered from surgery to address venous thoracic outlet syndrome. He made his final rehab start with Double-A Reading, allowing four runs across four innings of work. The right-hander was able to throw a handful of rehab starts, so he figures to have a normal workload in his debut. Fantasy managers should double-check the waiver wire and make sure Wheeler isn't sitting around.--Andy Webb
