Tytus Howard Practicing With A Cast
1 year agoHouston Texans right tackle Tytus Howard (hand) was at practice on Monday with a cast on his hand after breaking his hand a month ago. Howard needed surgery for his hand, and it's unknown if he'll get the green light to suit up for the regular season opener in Week 1 this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. If the 27-year-old offensive tackle ultimately isn't allowed to play, either George Fant or Josh Jones would be in line to take over on the right side of Houston's offensive line. Houston's first-round pick (23rd overall) in 2019 out of Alabama State has started in all 54 games that he's played in so far in his first four NFL seasons.
