Tank Dell Has Home Run Potential As WR3/Flex In Week 2
3 months agoThe raw production was not quite there for Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell in Week 1, but he still has potential as a home-run hitter in an exciting offense and will look to bounce back against the Chicago Bears. The second-year receiver was a bit unlucky to convert seven targets into only three catches for 40 yards — he also drew two carries for 19 yards — but his average depth of target was a healthy 15 yards, and he played 63% of offensive snaps. Despite the addition of receiver Stefon Diggs, Dell still posted a target share of nearly 22% in Week 1. The 24-year-old's circumstances suggest he will have a few monster weeks, keeping him as a boom-or-bust flex/WR3 option as the Texans play host to the Chicago Bears.
