The Philadelphia Eagles signed linebacker T.J. Edwards to a one-year contract extension worth up to $3.2 million with $2.15 million fully guaranteed on Monday. The Eagles held Edwards' rights for the 2022 season with the non-guaranteed restricted free-agent tender. He was named as a starter four weeks ago and has 44 tackles, three tackles for loss, one interception, three passes defensed and a QB hit since then. The 25-year-old has recorded double-digit tackles in three of his last four games and had 10 tackles (seven solo), an interception and a fumble recovery in the Week 11 win over the New Orleans Saints.
