Saquon Barkley, Kenny Golladay Won't Practice Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee) will not practice on Wednesday. Barkley suffered a low ankle sprain and was carted off the field and Golladay hyperextended his knee in the Week 5 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Both players are expected to miss the Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Rams, so fantasy managers should already be making other plans for this week. Running back Devontae Booker and rookie wideout Kadarius Toney were both popular waiver-wire pickups this week due to the injuries to Barkley and Golladay. Booker had 16 carries for 42 yards and a touchdown while also catching three passes for 16 yards and another TD in relief of Barkley last week. Toney is banged up as well, but he went off for 10 catches on 13 targets for 189 yards against Dallas. Both Booker and Toney will at least be flex plays if Barkley and Golladay are ruled out.
