The New Orleans Saints requested an interview with Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn for their open head-coaching position, according to a source. Glenn is a former Saints assistant and was the runner-up for the job last time before the organization chose Dennis Allen. In addition to the Saints, both the Chicago Bears and New York Jets have requested to interview him. Along with fellow Lions assistant coach Ben Johnson, Glenn is one of the most popular head-coaching candidates this cycle after the strong work he's done in 2024 to help the Lions secure the top seed in the NFC postseason. He played for the Saints in 2008 before becoming the defensive backs coach in 2016. Glenn then left to coach for the Lions when Dan Campbell became the head coach. He's expected to be a finalist for the job in New Orleans this offseason.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
