New Orleans Saints offensive tackle Ryan Ramczyk could easily have his contract restructured this offseason to save the team up to $50.8 million in salary cap space in 2022. His $5.27 million cap figure will jump to $23 million this year, and he's due $10.5 million in base salary and has an $8.74 million roster bonus. His roster bonus can be converted to a signing bonus and spread out to drop the figure to $1.75 million. Ramczyk's base salary could then be dropped to the league minimum of $1.035 million, with the remaining portion spread out over five years. The final cap number would be around $8.478 million. The 27-year-old played in only 10 games in 2021 due to a knee injury that required offseason surgery, but he was an All-Pro in 2019 and is a key piece of the Saints offensive line.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
