Ronald Darby Signs One-Year Deal With Ravens
1 year agoThe Baltimore Ravens signed free-agent cornerback Ronald Darby to a one-year deal worth up to $3.2 million on Thursday after they hosted him for a visit. The move comes after it was announced that Marlon Humphrey will miss some time due to an injury. Darby tore his ACL in October of last year while with the Denver Broncos, but he's apparently back to full health and will serve as secondary depth for Baltimore until Humphrey returns. The 29-year-old former second-round pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2015 out of Florida State will be joining his fifth team heading into his ninth NFL season. Darby had 54 solo tackles, nine passes defensed and a forced fumble in 16 starts over the last two seasons in Denver.
