Rob Gronkowski Out Again Thursday
Rob Gronkowski (lung, ribs) missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday after he was inactive last Sunday night with four cracked ribs and a punctured lung. Gronkowski must return to at least a limited practice on Friday. Otherwise, the 32-year-old stands to miss his second straight contest. If he doesn't play this weekend, he could return in Week 6 on Thursday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. Quarterback Tom Brady missed Gronk, his favorite red-zone target, in the Week 4 win over the New England Patriots. Cameron Brate caught only two of six targets for 29 yards and didn't look to be on the same page as Brady. If Gronk misses another game, Brate will be a touchdown-dependent TE2 against the Miami Dolphins.
