11 months agoWhen asked if he expected Los Angeles Rams quarterback Stetson Bennett (illness) to be back with the team in 2024, head coach Sean McVay said, "You know, I don't know that. I think that's a conversation for another time. I think he's doing better but I wouldn't be in a position to answer that accurately right now." Bennett, who was taken in the fourth round of last year's draft after winning back-to-back National Championships with Georgia, wasn't active for a single game in his rookie season. He spent the whole year on the Non-Football Illness list for undisclosed reasons, causing the Rams to cycle between backup QBs behind starter Matthew Stafford.
