New England Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson leads the league with 25 interceptions since 2018, and he also led the NFL with 23 passes defensed in 2021. He wasn't great in the wild-card playoff loss to the Buffalo Bills, but Jackson will have a big market if he reaches free agency next month. The Patriots would have to pay him $17.295 million if they use the franchise tag on him, but losing him would also be a big blow to their secondary. The 26-year-old was a top-10 fantasy defensive back in IDP leagues, recording a career-high 58 tackles (44 solo), eight interceptions (one for a touchdown) and a forced fumble in 17 regular season games for New England in 2021.
