The Los Angeles Rams have selected Miami (FL) wide receiver CJ Daniels with the 197th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. A 24-year-old prospect, Daniels spent six seasons at three different schools, topping 1,000 yards once in a career-best 2023 season at Liberty that he was unable to replicate at either LSU or Miami. Lacking any truly elite traits, he proved himself to be a crafty route runner and an important piece of the Hurricanes' deep playoff run. He projects most comfortably as a big slot at the next level, and while the Rams have found recent success with a Day 3 pick of a similar archetype, Daniels is more likely to make his mark on special teams than as an impactful fantasy option.--Patrick McGrath

The Cincinnati Bengals have selected Texas tight end prospect Jack Endries with the 221st overall pick in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft. He was a three-year contributor in college, spending two seasons at California and one at Texas. He had a career-low 33 catches and 346 yards in 2025, but he also scored a career-high three touchdowns. Although his production slid a little, it was encouraging to see Endries remain involved while making the jump to the SEC. At 6-foot-5, he's a big-bodied tight end who is capable of making contested catches. He projects as a rotational pass-catching option for the Bengals behind Drew Sample and Mike Gesicki.--Andersen Pickard

The Las Vegas Raiders have selected Oregon wide receiver Malik Benson with the 195th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. A deep ball specialist, Benson had his most productive season as a senior for the Ducks after beginning in JUCO and making stops at Alabama and Florida State. His game lacks nuance, but he showcased his elite speed by running a 4.37 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, and he now lands with a team that has historically valued receivers who can play vertically. Benson joins a receiver room of Jalen Nailor, Tre Tucker, Jack Bech, and Dont'e Thornton Jr., all of whom are likely to slot in behind Brock Bowers and Ashton Jeanty in the target pecking order. Benson will likely need to find a special teams role to make the team out of camp, but he could eventually offer upside in best ball only leagues.--Patrick McGrath

The Dallas Cowboys have selected East Carolina wide receiver prospect Anthony Smith with the 218th overall pick in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft. An older prospect at 24 years old, Smith spent four seasons at NC State, followed by two at ECU. During his sixth and final collegiate campaign, he caught 64 passes for 1,053 yards and seven touchdowns. He also had a 45-yard rushing touchdown. His 40-yard dash time is in the low 4.40s, and he has the ability to stretch the field on offense. At the moment, he projects as a developmental depth receiver in Dallas, where he'll be blocked on the depth chart by players like CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, and Ryan Flournoy, among others. He can be avoided in most fantasy football leagues.--Andersen Pickard

The Washington Commanders have selected Penn State running back Kaytron Allen with the 187th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Washington was one of the teams linked to Notre Dame's Jeremiyah Love at the top of the first round, but instead, they addressed the position 180 picks later with the big-bodied Nittany Lion. For four seasons, Allen shared Penn State's backfield with Nicholas Singleton, who went to the Titans in the 5th round. Without possessing the speed or natural athleticism of Singleton, Allen leaned on his vision and physicality to make him the school's all-time leading rusher. He regularly got stronger late in games, leading the FBS with 8.2 yards per carry in the fourth quarter as a senior. In a room featuring Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Rachaad White, and Jerome Ford, Allen has both the experience and ability to earn a meaningful role out of the gate.--Patrick McGrath

San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch told NFL Network that tight end George Kittle (Achilles) is doing well in his recovery and "is going to be ready at some point, if not for the first game." Kittle tore his Achilles in the playoffs last season, putting him at risk of missing the upcoming season opener. As of now, it sounds like Lynch is leaving the door open for Kittle to play in Week 1, but it's not a guarantee. The team should gain a clearer understanding of his recovery timeline as the offseason progresses. After all, the regular season opener is still more than four months away. Having Kittle healthy and on the field is huge for the 49ers and fantasy managers. He's one of the best tight ends in fantasy football, ranking as a top-five PPR tight end in each of his last six healthy seasons (minimum 12 games played). The injury factor complicates his draft price this year, but if he's ready within the first couple weeks of the season, he's a relatively safe bet to finish among the top five tight ends in PPR leagues once again.--Andersen Pickard

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected LSU tight end Bauer Sharp with the 185th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. A converted quarterback, Sharp began his collegiate career at Southeastern Louisiana with a stop at Oklahoma before his senior season in the bayou. He never topped 325 receiving yards or three touchdowns in a season, but he offers special teams experience, which will likely be his most direct path to finding an NFL field. His strong hands could make him a receiving option in a pinch, but he should not be viewed as a threat to eat into Cade Otton's still representable fantasy value.--Patrick McGrath

The Cleveland Browns opened the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft by selecting Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green with the 182nd overall pick. A dynamic athlete who began his collegiate career at Boise State, Green's size and speed had some wondering if his best path to an NFL career might come by transitioning to another position, but Browns general manager Andrew Berry has already gone on record that he will play quarterback. Green joins one of the most crowded quarterback rooms in the league with Deshaun Watson now six seasons removed from his Pro Bowl form with the Texans, and 2025 picks Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders both making starts in their rookie season. At 6'6" and 235 pounds, Green ran a 4.36 40-yard dash at the Combine after running for more than 1,800 yards and 16 touchdowns across his two seasons at Arkansas, making him an intriguing late-round pick in rookie drafts.--Patrick McGrath

The Seattle Seahawks have selected Kansas wide receiver prospect Emmanuel Henderson Jr. with the 199th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Henderson opened his collegiate career at Alabama, catching just five passes over three seasons. He transferred to the Jayhawks' program ahead of the 2025 season and immediately broke out for 45 catches, 766 yards, and five touchdowns. He's a quick player with the ability to stretch the field as a depth receiver. On the offensive side of the ball, he's more of a developmental piece on the depth chart behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, Cooper Kupp, Jake Bobo, and Tory Horton. His quickest path to playing time is likely on special teams, where he could share return duties with Shaheed.--Andersen Pickard

The Miami Dolphins have selected Mississippi State tight end Seydou Traore with the 180th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Traore was born in France but grew up in London, where he joined the NFL Academy as part of the league's International Pathway Program. He began his collegiate career at Arkansas State before transferring first to Colorado and then immediately to Mississippi State, forcing him to sit out the 2023 season as a double transfer. While he never topped his 49 receptions or 628 yards as a sophomore at Arkansas State, he scored a career-high five touchdowns in 2025. Still relatively new to the sport, Traore offers plus-athleticism and could find opportunities to find the field on a Dolphins offense that is reshaping itself on the fly. Miami spent a third-round pick on Ohio State tight end Will Kacmarek, who profiles more as an inline blocker, and they return fifth-year veteran Greg Dulcich after he caught 26 passes with the team in 2025.--Patrick McGrath

The Minnesota Vikings have selected Wake Forest running back prospect Demond Claiborne with the 198th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The Vikings traded up to select Claiborne, acquiring the 198th pick from the New England Patriots in exchange for the 234th pick and a 2027 sixth-round selection. A multi-year contributor in the ACC, Claiborne tallied 1,956 rushing yards, 394 receiving yards, and 23 touchdowns over his last two seasons at school. With Aaron Jones Sr. presumably getting closer to his retirement, adding a young, depth running back makes sense for the Vikings. Claiborne and Zavier Scott will presumably compete to be active as the Vikings' No. 3 running back behind Jones and Jordan Mason in 2026.--Andersen Pickard

The Cleveland Browns have "no plans" to trade quarterback Dillon Gabriel, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. The Browns have a very crowded quarterback room once again. Shedeur Sanders and Deshaun Watson are in the mix to start Week 1, Gabriel remains in a depth role, and Cleveland selected Arkansas quarterback prospect Taylen Green in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The Browns likely won't carry four quarterbacks into the regular season, and it seems unlikely that they'd trade Sanders, Watson, or Green, so that would presumably position Gabriel as the odd man out. The former third-round pick out of Oregon played 10 games (six starts) as a rookie last year, completing 59.5% of his pass attempts for 937 passing yards, seven passing interceptions, and two interceptions. Schefter says Gabriel isn't a trade candidate, though. It will be interesting to see how the roster unfolds as the 2026 regular season gets closer. One potential solution is to carry Watson and Sanders as the active quarterbacks on gameday, make Gabriel the emergency third quarterback, and have Green start his career on the practice squad.--Andersen Pickard

The Philadelphia Eagles have selected North Dakota State quarterback Cole Payton with the 178th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Payton is a one-year starter after spending five total seasons with the FCS Bison, and he is a true dual-threat player, which makes his landing spot with Philadelphia an ideal fit. As a fifth-year senior in 2025, he completed over 71% of his passes for 2,719 yards and 16 touchdowns while adding an additional 894 yards and 13 scores on the ground. The Eagles have one of the deepest quarterback depth charts in the league, with Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton already backing up Jalen Hurts, but with Eagles general manager Howie Roseman no stranger to making deals, it should come as no surprise if somebody is eventually dealt to thin the room. Whoever winds up as the primary backup in Philadelphia will hold strong insurance value in superflex dynasty leagues.--Patrick McGrath

The Jacksonville Jaguars have selected Baylor wide receiver prospect Josh Cameron with the 191st overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Cameron joins a crowded Jaguars wide receiver room that already features Jakobi Meyers, Brian Thomas Jr., Travis Hunter, and Parker Washington. He spent five years at Baylor, ascending into a high-impact role over his final two seasons. Between the 2024 and 2025 campaigns, he caught 121 passes for 1,626 yards and 19 touchdowns. There's talent here, but given how deep the Jags' receiver room is, we don't see much of a path to fantasy relevance for Cameron. He can be avoided in most fantasy drafts.--Andersen Pickard

The New Orleans Saints have selected LSU wide receiver prospect Barion Brown with the No. 190 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Brown was a three-year contributor at Kentucky before transferring to LSU for his final collegiate season. Across 13 games in 2025, he caught 53 passes for 532 yards and one touchdown. He's not a major touchdown threat, but he can still be a dependable depth receiver for Tyler Shough in New Orleans' up-and-coming offense. This is the third receiver the Saints have drafted this year, following Jordyn Tyson and Bryce Lance. Although he's a talented player, Brown will be buried too low in the pecking order to justify pursuing him in fantasy leagues. He can be avoided in most fantasy drafts.--Andersen Pickard
