Kyler Murray Has a Chance to Play on Sunday, but Could Miss Extended Time
Kyler Murray (foot) to suit up on Sunday versus the Colts. However, the team is realistically "preparing" for Jacoby Brissett to start in Week 6, although a final decision won't come until Sunday morning. The signal-caller is reportedly dealing with a "mid-foot sprain," with Rapoport adding that it's "a version of a Lisfranc injury." Unfortunately, that could sideline Murray for more than just one week. As far as Brissett is concerned, he's had some quality performances over the years. In 89 regular-season games, he's thrown for 11,400 yards, 53 touchdowns, and 24 interceptions, adding 15 more scores on the ground. With that said, Brissett has some value for managers in deeper superflex formats despite a tough matchup on the horizon, especially with injuries at the QB position and a few teams getting the week off.

Tommy Tremble Still a Risky Fantasy Option Going into Week 6
Tommy Tremble hasn't done much for fantasy managers this season. While he had five catches (eight targets) for 42 yards and a touchdown in the Week 4 loss to the New England Patriots, he has been nearly irrelevant from a production standpoint. Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) is listed as questionable heading into the Week 6 meeting with the Dallas Cowboys, so there's a chance he won't be out there once again. Sure, the potential for added involvement should increase Tremble's fantasy potential. Still, even if Sanders remains sidelined, fantasy managers will be taking a gamble by rolling with the 25-year-old as their starting tight end for the favorable matchup with the Cowboys. especially with Xavier Legette in the mix.

Hunter Renfrow Not a Starting Fantasy Option in Week 6
Hunter Renfrow had seven catches for 48 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 2 loss to the Cardinals. However, outside of that performance, he hasn't done much, most recently catching one pass for seven yards in the Week 5 win over the Dolphins. Xavier Legette found the end zone in that one, so his stock is higher heading into the Week 6 meeting with the Dallas Cowboys, especially with Jalen Coker (quadriceps) unable to make his professional debut. All things considered, none of the Panthers' wideouts can be trusted. Although Tetairoa McMillan should still draw starting consideration versus a weak Cowboys defense, the same can't be said for Renfrow, even if Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) doesn't suit up.

Tetairoa McMillan Draws a Favorable Matchup in Week 6
Tetairoa McMillan remains the team's No. 1 option on the depth chart. He's logged 305 offensive snaps through the first five weeks of the 2025 campaign, with Hunter Renfrow sitting behind him with 192. Unfortunately, that hasn't necessarily translated into consistent production from the rookie. McMillan currently has 24 catches (43 targets) for 351 yards. However, he still hasn't scored a touchdown. With that said, the Panthers may continue to rely mostly on Rico Dowdle against Dallas, his former team, in Week 6. Although McMillan is the favorite to see the most attention from Bryce Young on the receiving end versus a week Cowboys defense, fantasy managers will be taking a gamble by having him in their lineups. Still, the wideout has been a top-30 fantasy producer in standard and PPR formats, so he deserves starting consideration.

Bryce Young has Some Value Versus Dallas on Sunday
Bryce Young has shown signs of growth in his third season in the National Football League. While he hasn't been consistent, he's still had some favorable outings for fantasy managers. The signal-caller most recently threw for 198 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception off 19-for-30 passing in the Week 5 win over the Miami Dolphins. Although things could have gone better in that one, it's safe to say Young could have played much worse based on his volatile track record. Truth be told, he at least did enough to keep his team competitive in Week 5, with Rico Dowdle handling the rest by amassing 206 yards and one touchdown on the ground. With that in mind, Young has work to do before earning the trust of fantasy managers. However, with injuries at the quarterback position and a few teams getting the week off, the 24-year-old can realistically occupy a spot in Superflex lineups versus a weak Cowboys defense, assuming managers are comfortable taking a gamble.

Nyheim Hines Elevated Heading into Sunday's Matchup Versus Miami
Nyheim Hines off the practice squad ahead of the Week 6 meeting with the Miami Dolphins, marking his first taste of regular-season action since 2022. Najee Harris (Achilles) is done for the rest of the season, and Omarion Hampton (ankle) will miss at least the next four contests. As a result, Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal are expected to split carries out of the backfield, presumably leaving Hines with the leftover scraps. It's unknown how long Hines will suit up for the Bolts moving ahead, especially if the team brings in another running back sometime soon. Either way, Haskins, Vidal, and Hines won't be relevant from a fantasy standpoint once Hampton is cleared to return.

With Omarion Hampton Injured, Chargers "in the Market" for a Running Back
Najee Harris (Achilles) is done for the remainder of the 2025 campaign. To make matters worse, rookie Omarion Hampton (ankle) landed on the Injured Reserve list and will miss at least the next four games. As a result, Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal will presumably split carries on Sunday versus the Miami Dolphins. That arrangement may remain the same until Hampton can return. However, it may change depending on who plays better, or if the Bolts bring in another running back. It's also worth mentioning the Chargers elevated Nyheim Hines, although he likely won't see much work in Week 6. With that in mind, fantasy managers should monitor things moving ahead. Still, it will be Hampton getting the bulk of the snaps at the position once he's back to full-strength no matter who's on the depth chart behim him.

Cardinals Sign Kedon Slovis Off of the Practice Squad
Kedon Slovis off of the practice squad on Saturday. The 24-year-old has bounced around the league, suiting up for various practice squads in the last few years. While the signing won't directly impact fantasy managers, it could mean that Kyler Murray (foot), who is still questionable, won't be out there in Week 6 versus the Indianapolis Colts. However, it's still too early to speculate. If Murray ends up suiting up on Sunday, Slovis may still stick around as an emergency quarterback. On the other hand, Jacoby Brissett is in line to start if Murray gets ruled out. Either way, Slovis isn't worth adding to any fantasy roster.

Colts Defense a Top-Six Option in Week 6
Kyler Murray (foot) is dealing with a foot injury, and the Colts' defense is in an excellent spot in Week 6. Fantasy managers can trust them as a top-six option heading into Sunday's slate of games.

The Indianapolis Colts defense has been an excellent unit through the first five weeks of the NFL season. The Colts have given opposing offenses fits so far, ranking third in the league with just 17.8 points allowed per game while ranking fifth with 14 sacks and fourth with six interceptions. The Cardinals have been generous to opposing D/STs this season, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Add in the fact that Source: NFL.com
Chris Rodriguez Jr. Questionable for Week 6
Chris Rodriguez Jr. (calf) is currently listed as questionable ahead of the Week 6 matchup against the Chicago Bears. It doesn't look good for Rodriguez who has been able to practice all week due to a lingering calf issue. Despite that, Rodriguez still has a chance to suit up for Monday's game. When healthy, Rodriguez hasn't done much with 23 carries for 105 yards and zero touchdowns. If active, Rodriguez figures to play a reserve role with Jeremy McNichols while Jacory Croskey-Merritt serves as the lead back.

Deebo Samuel Sr. Questionable for Monday
Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) is currently listed as questionable ahead of Monday's Week 6 game against the Chicago Bears. Samuel played through a bruised heel last week and has been limited in practice this week. Head coach Dan Quinn said the team will "take it into Monday" regarding Samuel's status for Monday's contest. That being said, it sounds like Samuel is going to be a legitimate game-time decision this weekend. That is a frustrating situation for fantasy managers as that will limit them in terms of options. The Commanders are going to be without Terry McLaurin (quad) and Noah Brown (quad, knee) for this game. If healthy, Samuel figures to have a big role in this game. He hauled in eight receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown last week. If he suits up, Samuel should be a viable WR2.

D.J. Moore a Touchdown-Dependent WR3 vs. Commanders
D.J. Moore has gotten off to a sluggish start this season, recording just 16 catches on 21 targets for 173 yards and one touchdown through four games. The veteran wideout appears to have ceded the WR1 role to emerging second-year star Rome Odunze, who has quickly become Caleb Williams' favorite target. Before the bye week, Williams mentioned that Moore could serve as the "Deebo Samuel" of the Bears' offense, which has fantasy managers feeling uneasy. Fortunately, the Week 6 matchup against the Washington Commanders offers some hope. Washington has surrendered the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season, providing Moore with a chance to bounce back. Still, Moore profiles as a low-end WR3 for Week 6, as his fantasy production will likely hinge on whether he finds the end zone.

Alvin Kamara Expected to Play in Week 6
Alvin Kamara (ankle) is currently listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's Week 6 matchup against the New England Patriots. Despite that, Kamara is expected to suit up for Sunday's contest. He has been limited in practice this week due to an ankle injury he suffered last weekend. It doesn't sound like something that is going to sideline him, but it could limit him in terms of snaps. We could see Kendre Miller or even Devin Neal see more snaps if Kamara isn't 100 percent healthy. The 30-year-old hasn't done much on the field to help fantasy managers. He's falling into RB3 or flex territory, assuming he suits up for Week 6. Fantasy managers should check back for official word ahead of kickoff.

Jalen Coker Ruled Out for Week 6
Jalen Coker (quad) has been ruled out for the upcoming Week 6 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Coker had his practice window opened this week and was questionable for Sunday's game. He was a full participant in practice this week, but the Panthers have decided to hold him out for at least one more game. Coker has been out all season while nursing a quad injury he suffered in August. The hope is that Coker can make his season debut against the New York Jets next week. In the meantime, Xavier Legette and Hunter Renfrow should continue seeing increased work with Tetairoa McMillan being the primary wideout.

Cairo Santos Questionable for Monday
Cairo Santos (thigh) is currently listed as questionable ahead of the Monday night matchup against the Washington Commanders. He has logged in three straight full practices this week. That being said, it sounds like Santos is trending towards suiting up for this game. The Bears might just be playing it safe here and are tagging Santos as questionable just in case. If he's unable to play, Jake Moody figures to be elevated from the practice squad. Neither kicker is an ideal streaming choice at the moment.
