Minnesota Twins right-hander Pablo Lopez (forearm) exited Friday's 6-2 loss to the Cleveland Guardians with forearm tightness and is expected to undergo an MRI on Saturday, per Matthew Leach of MLB.com. Lopez suffered the injury on a diving play in the third inning, but he stayed in through the fourth and allowed two earned runs on the night. This could bring an early end to an injury-marred season for Lopez, who returned on Sept. 5 after missing three months with a teres major strain in his shoulder. Lopez has made 14 starts this year and gone 5-4 with a 2.74 ERA, a 1.11 WHIP, 73 strikeouts, and 20 walks in 75 2/3 innings.--Connor Byrne
