Minnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz (wrist) was back as the designated hitter on Tuesday and was batting third against Indians starting pitcher Shane Bieber. Cruz was previously on the 10-day injured list. In his first game back, the 38-year-old was hitless with three strikeouts in his four plate appearances. Cruz is slashing .262/.345/.492 with seven home runs, 19 runs and 22 RBI in 148 plate appearances. His power might start to fade as he nears 40 years old, but Cruz should still be a solid source of homers and RBI in a loaded Twins lineup when he's on the field.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
