Mike White Should Be Good For Week 18
2 years agoNew York Jets head coach Robert Saleh said that quarterback Mike White (ribs) is fine and should be ready to play in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Miami Dolphins after dealing with some normal soreness after the Week 17 loss to the Seattle Seahawks that eliminated the team from playoff contention. With the Jets potentially viewing White as a starting option under center to begin next season, they'll want to get another look at him. He looked bad in his return from a two-game absence on Sunday against Seattle, going 23-for-46 for 240 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions. White was also sacked four times and lost a fumble. Treat him as a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues in the final game of the season in what will be his fifth start of the year.
