Marcus Peters Expects To Be Back This Summer
Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marcus Peters (knee) said that he expects to be back from his torn ACL by June or July, which means he could be a full-go for the beginning of training camp. Peters blew his knee out in practice just days before the season-opener in 2021 and missed the entire season. Despite the injury, the Ravens could decide to give him an extension as he heads into the final year of his $42 million extension. When healthy, the 29-year-old is one of the better cover corners in the league, already being named to three Pro Bowls and two first-team All-Pro squads in six seasons. The Ravens defense allowed the most passing yards per game (278.9), so getting Peters back healthy in 2022 will go a long way in shoring up their secondary.Read More News
