Logan Thomas Expected To Return To Practice Next Week
3 years agoWashington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas (hamstring) is expected to return to practice next week after the team's Week 9 bye. The team made room on the roster on Tuesday by waiving tight end Jace Sternberger. Thomas went down with a hamstring injury in Week 4 and has been on Injured Reserve since, but there's a chance the 30-year-old could return to the field in Week 10 against the Tampa Buccaneers as a low-end TE1 for fantasy managers. If you're desperate at tight end and he's available, now might be the time to swoop him off the waiver wire. Ricky Seals-Jones has emerged as a streaming option at the position in the last four weeks with Thomas out, catching 17 of his 26 targets for 162 yards and one touchdown.
