Load Management for Falcons RBs Happens More in Practice
Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier "happens with in-practice settings less than games," according to Terrin Waack of AtlantaFalcons.com. Allgeier is going to remain involved in Atlanta's backfield all year, but Robinson is the clear leader in Atlanta, and the Falcons aren't going to purposefully limit his snaps and touches during games to get Allgeier more involved. The 23-year-old Robinson had 17 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown and also caught four targets for 106 yards in the Week 4 win over the Washington Commanders. The 181 scrimmage yards were a new career high for Robinson, who is a must-start, high-end RB1 every week. Allgeier is more volatile as a flex play in fantasy, but the 25-year-old has a decent 155 rushing yards and two touchdowns in four games as the backup in Atlanta.
