The Buffalo Bills placed rookie third-round defensive end Landon Jackson (undisclosed) on th Physically Unable to Perform list on Tuesday, according to the league's transaction wire. While it's unclear what type of injury Jackson is dealing with, the Bills are hopeful that he'll b ready for the start of training camp practices next week. Buffalo took the 22-year-old pass-rusher with the No. 72 overall pick in this year's NFL draft after he compiled 28 tackles for loss and 16 sacks in his college career with Arkansas. The Bills made a concerted effort to improve their defensive line this offseason, also signing pass-rushers Joey Bosa and Michael Hoecht in free agency. When Jackson is able to return to the field, he'll be hoping to carve out a depth role heading into the 2025 campaign.--Keith Hernandez
