Juan Soto Exits Early Tuesday With Foot Contusion
Juan Soto (foot) exited Tuesday's game against the Padres in the fourth inning with a foot contusion. Soto fouled a pitch off his foot in the top of the inning, and while he stayed in to finish the at-bat, he was replaced defensively in the next half-inning by Tyrone Taylor. Soto went 0-for-2 before exiting. Fantasy managers should look for more information after the game. The 26-year-old, who is in the first season of a 15-year, $765 million contract, has slashed .248/.382/.488 with 25 home runs, 62 RBI, and 15 stolen bases in 469 plate appearances.
