Jordan Westburg Exits Early After Aggravating Finger Injury
Jordan Westburg (finger) was forced to make an early exit from Friday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Westburg appears to have re-aggravated his left finger injury during a head-first slide on a double. He stayed in to run the bases, but Westburg was replaced by Ramon Urias afterwards. The assumption is that Westburg will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the injury. He finished this game 1-for-1 with a double. Urias figures to see increased playing time if Westburg misses a few games.
