Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) is considered week-to-week with a high-ankle sprain and will not play in a Week 4 game against the New England Patriots. Sanders may have "crashed back to earth" in Week 3, logging only two catches for 11 yards, but that disappointment is now secondary to his health. His injury immediately elevates Tommy Tremble to the primary receiving tight end role. Tremble was already seeing comparable usage to Sanders in Week 3, and he is now positioned to capitalize on a prime matchup. The Panthers could be forced to attack the Patriots' poor pass defense, which ranks near the bottom of the league, because of New England's strong run defense. Tremble is known to be a blocking TE, though, and is not a recommended streamer in Week 4.--Jp Sticco
