Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (ankle) isn't ruling himself out for Week 16 against the Saints, but he says he's just not there yet physically. Conner has missed two straight games with a high ankle sprain and seems unlikely to play this weekend in a big game against New Orleans. Rookie Jaylen Samuels would once again have high-end RB2 upside if Conner sits out in a game that should be high-scoring in the dome.
