Is Spencer Rattler Due for a Breakout Against Chicago?
New Orleans Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler completed 20-of-26 passes for 227 yards with no touchdowns and added four rushes for 20 yards in Week 6's loss to the Patriots. He now ranks eighth in pass attempts, 13th in completion percentage, and 16th in passing yards on the season. This game also marks his fifth straight with a completion rate over 67% and his first since Week 1 without a passing score. The efficiency is clear, but the lack of touchdown production continues to limit his ceiling. Despite steady play, he's finished inside the top 20 quarterbacks just once this year. However, a favorable Week 7 matchup against a Bears defense that's surrendered 14 total touchdowns to quarterbacks through five games, could give him a chance to turn volume and accuracy into real production.
