Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Greg Gaines (bicep, shoulder) recently underwent a labral and bicep tendon repair with Dr. Neal Elattrache. Gaines suffered the injury in training camp last summer and played through it in 2022. He's facing a two-month recovery, so the 26-year-old is not expected to have any limitations this offseason. Gaines managed to play through the injury and finished the season with 36 tackles (16 solo), six tackles for loss, six QB hits and four sacks in 16 games (12 starts) in his fourth season in the NFL with the Rams. Barring a setback, he should be fully ready for the start of the 2023 season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
