Gerald Everett Back With The Team
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that tight end Gerald Everett has been cleared from the league's COVID-19 list and is back with the team. Everett wasn't able to get cleared in time to play in the Thursday night loss to the division-rival Los Angeles Rams. With Everett out in Week 5, Will Dissly played 87.7% of the offensive snaps to Colby Parkinson's 53.8%. They combined for just six targets, with Dissly catching two of his four targets for 29 yards. In just three games, Everett has eight catches on nine targets for 77 yards and the only tight end score for Seattle. Everett should be able to return in Week 6, where he'll be hard to rely on as a TE2, especially if quarterback Russell Wilson (finger) can't play.
