Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that center Frank Ragnow (toe) had successful season-ending surgery on his toe on Tuesday. Detroit has had terrible injury luck early in the season, and losing the former first-rounder has already been a huge blow to the Lions offense. Ragnow is one of the NFL's best centers and had just signed a four-year, $54 million contract extension this offseason.
