Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper To Do Individual Drills
3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) and wide receiver Amari Cooper (hamstring) will take part in individual drills at practice on Thursday after they both skipped practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. Elliott isn't worried about missing the Week 5 contest against the New York Giants. Despite backup Tony Pollard's increased role this year, Elliott ranks as the No. 3 fantasy RB through the first four weeks of the season with 342 rushing yards and four touchdowns. He'll remain a must-start, high-end RB1 this weekend. Cooper saved his fantasy day in Week 4 with a touchdown, but outside of that he's had three straight disappointing performances after going off for 139 yards and two touchdowns in the opener. He's clearly not 100 percent and may need to score again this Sunday to justify starting him as a WR2.
