Eagles D/ST Could Conquer Chicago's Offense
The Philadelphia Eagles defense/special teams unit looked great for most of their last game against the Cowboys, keeping them from scoring at all until the dying seconds of the first half and then holding them off again for almost all of the third quarter until they started crumbling. However, despite giving up 24 points in the end, Philly was still able to force Dallas into a sack and two turnovers. This week, the Bears come into town boasting the eighth-highest scoring offense this season, averaging 26.3 points per game. Chicago is also tied for the third-fewest giveaways this year, turning the ball over just eight times in 11 games. But, the Bears have been aided by a favorable schedule and this Philly defense is legit no matter their opponent. Despite the numbers being against them, the Eagles are still an enticing option this week for the D/ST slot.
