Dyami Brown Returns To Practice Wednesday
3 years agoWashington Football Team rookie wide receiver Dyami Brown (knee) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday after sitting out of the Week 5 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Brown injured his knee in Week 4, but it looks like he might only end up missing one game. The third-round pick has just five catches on 14 targets for 51 yards through four games, but he could have the opportunity for a bigger role if he returns and Curtis Samuel (groin) misses another contest after aggravating a nagging groin injury on Sunday. However, the 21-year-old would still be competing for targets as the No. 3 receiver with DeAndre Carter behind Terry McLaurin and Adam Humphries. Brown has plenty of speed to spare, but he's more of a stash candidate in keeper leagues for now.
