Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith is coming off of a slightly underwhelming fantasy performance against the Chiefs. While he did lead his team in receiving yards, that meant mustering just 53 on four catches. Philly's passing game has had a slow start to the season, sitting towards the bottom of the league with the second-lowest yards per game through the air (119). In Week 3 Smith lines up against the Rams, who have allowed the eighth-least points per game to wide receivers in fantasy. Plus, he's still competing with some of Jalen Hurts' favorite targets like A.J. Brown, Dallas Goedert, and Saquon Barkley.
