Demarcus Robinson, Daniel Kilgore Have Tested Negative
4 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and center Daniel Kilgore have tested negative for COVID-19 every day since they were deemed high-risk close contacts after their barber tested positive for the virus, according to sources. As long as both players continue to test negative, Robinson can rejoin the team on Friday and Kilgore on Saturday before Super Bowl LV against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Robinson was KC's third leading receiver during the regular season, while Kilgore has been a spot starter amid injuries to the team's offensive line. Robinson will be a boom/bust DFS play in the big game if he's active, and his presence would be bad news for those hoping that Sammy Watkins (calf) will return and make a surprise impact in his first postseason game this season.
