Daniel Jones Won't Practice Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (concussion) won't practice or be on the field on Wednesday, but head coach Joe Judge said that he is "on track with everything." If everything progresses this week, it's possible that Jones will be cleared to play in Week 6 against the Los Angeles Rams. The 24-year-old took a helmet-to-helmet hit in the Week 5 loss to the Dallas Cowboys and struggled to get back to his feet before being removed from the game. He'll need to get back on the practice field later this week to have a shot at playing. If he can't go, Mike Glennon would get the start under center after taking over for Jones on Sunday. All of New York's offensive skill players would need to be downgraded if Glennon is starting for the G-Men.
