Daniel Jones Will Play Against Packers
2 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (ankle) was taken off the final injury report on Friday and will play on Sunday in London against the Green Bay Packers in Week 5. Most of Jones' QB2 value in fantasy comes from his rushing ability -- he scored two touchdowns with his legs in the Week 4 win over the Chicago Bears -- and his ankle injury might prevent him from taking off as much on the ground this weekend. The 25-year-old will also be without receivers Kadarius Toney (hamstring), Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) and Kenny Golladay (knee) in London. Backup Tyrod Taylor (concussion) was ruled out, so Davis Webb will serve as Jones' backup. Jones is a low-upside, low-end QB2 in superflex leagues.
