2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (shoulder) will miss extended time due to a shoulder injury that he suffered in Monday night's loss to the Washington Commanders, according to sources. It's not a season-ending injury, but fantasy managers will have to go in another direction if they've been using Goedert as their starter at the position. The 27-year-old scored a touchdown for the second straight game on Monday and had three catches for 23 yards in the team's first loss. It's a tough blow for the Eagles and fantasy managers alike, as Goedert is the TE3 in overall half-point PPR scoring this season. In his absence, Jack Stoll and rookie Grant Calcaterra will see more playing time, but they aren't realistic fantasy targets off the waiver wire. Expect receivers A.J.
