Dak Prescott has Throwing Hand Wrapped After Sunday's Victory
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had his throwing hand wrapped after their thrilling victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon. Per Nick Harris of The Star-Telegram, the quarterback said he took off a cleat on his throwing hand and is trying to avoid further swelling. Prescott noted that he is "fine" other than that minor injury. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on this at the start of the week, but it appears Prescott avoided any serious injury. In their victory, the 33-year-old went 32-for-45 for a season-high 355 passing yards and a score. He added another seven yards on the ground. Prescott leaned heavily on CeeDee Lamb, who tallied 189 of those yards. Prescott remains a high-end QB1 in all formats ahead of a Week 5 tilt against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Jalen Nailor Ruled Out with a Concussion
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jalen Nailor (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest against the Kansas City Chiefs with a concussion. Nailor did not draw a single target before sustaining the injury. Since catching three passes in Week 1, Nailor has brought in only two passes for a mere 25 yards. For the remainder of the contest, Brock Bowers, Michael Mayer, and Tre Tucker should operate as the top options for Kirk Cousins.

Rashee Rice Downgraded to Doubtful with Hamstring Injury
According to the team, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring) has been downgraded to doubtful with a hamstring injury. The team's No. 1 wideout suffered this injury in the opening frame and has yet to return to the field. Before exiting the contest, Rice did not draw a single target. Managers should pay close attention to this status after the contest, as he appeared to be in pain after suffering the non-contact injury. For the remainder of the contest, the Chiefs' passing attack should revolve around Travis Kelce, Xavier Worthy, and Tyquan Thornton.

Jeremiyah Love Sees Workload Decrease in Sunday's Loss
Arizona Cardinals rookie running back Jeremiyah Love saw his workload decrease significantly in their loss to the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon. The former Notre Dame standout entered Week 4 riding a breakout performance in Week 3, but saw his fantasy value take a massive step back on Sunday afternoon. Last weekend, Love ran the ball a season-high 21 times for 90 yards, caught five passes for 19 yards and a touchdown. However, this weekend, Love took just 14 carries for 63 yards, while No. 2 back Tyler Allgeier logged eight carries and punched in a touchdown. While this result is a major disappointment for fantasy managers, Love should still be expected to remain the lead back in this offense, even if his workload is limited at times. He still projects to hold high-end RB2 upside in a Week 5 tilt against the Detroit Lions.

Patrick Surtain II is Helped off the Field with Injury
Denver Broncos defensive back Patrick Surtain II (lower body) needed to be helped off the field by the training staff during Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Surtain went down with a non-contact lower body injury late in the second half of this game. He looked like a calf or foot injury, but fantasy managers should get another update in the second half of this game. Before leaving, Surtain recorded four tackles in the first half. His absence will be a huge hole in this Broncos defense if he's not able to return in the second half.

Drake Maye Bounces Back in Huge Win
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye came into Week 4 with zero touchdowns and three interceptions over his last two games. The 24-year-old rebounded hugely during Sunday's victory over the Buffalo Bills. He completed 22-of-37 passing attempts for 269 yards with three touchdowns and one interception during the three-point dub. The Pats were on the verge of losing this game until Maye charged down the field and connected with Efton Chism for a 23-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter. This was a much-needed bounce-back performance for Maye. Fantasy managers can be hopeful that Maye can carry this momentum into next week's matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Garrett Wilson is Quiet in Week 4 Loss
New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson was unable to carry his momentum from Week 3 into this weekend's matchup against the Chicago Bears. Wilson was quiet with three receptions on four targets for 27 yards in the loss. It wasn't all his fault, as the Jets only possessed the ball for 17 minutes in this game. His four targets actually led the team, with quarterback Geno Smith only attempting 15 total passes. Fantasy managers should expect better days ahead for Wilson with a matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 5. Wilson should bounce back into WR1 territory for that one.

Emeka Egbuka is Barely Involved in Week 4
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka was expected to lose value with the change at quarterback, but the second-year wideout was non-existent on Sunday. Egbuka hauled in two of his four targets for 13 yards in the loss to the Green Bay Packers. The Bucs whole offense didn't look good with rookie Jalon Daniels under center. Egbuka saw a season-low four targets in the three-point loss. Tampa Bay has a quick turn around with a matchup in Dallas versus the Cowboys on Thursday. This offense looked a little better in the second half, but Egbuka might fall into flex territory until he builds more chemistry with Daniels.

Lamar Jackson Seen Leaving in Walking Boot
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) is considered day-to-day after exiting early during Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans. The superstar quarterback was seen leaving the stadium with a walking boot on his left foot, per Brian Wacker. Head coach Jesse Minter seemed optimistic that Jackson would be fine for next week's matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Before leaving, Jackson completed 16-of-21 passing attempts for 230 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions. He also rushed the ball twice for an additional 20 yards. Fantasy managers will need to monitor Jackson's progress throughout the week ahead of next week's matchup in Atlanta.

Rashee Rice Questionable to Return With Hamstring Injury
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to Sam McDowell. Rice had been on the injury report with a knee issue during the week, but he practiced fully all three days and entered Sunday without a designation. The hamstring is a new concern for Rice, who came into Week 4 with 13 catches for 190 yards and a touchdown through three games.

Lamar Jackson Considered Day-to-Day With Ankle Injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) is believed to be day-to-day after leaving Sunday's 24-18 win over the Tennessee Titans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The injury will be monitored and treated throughout the coming week. Jackson did not return after halftime, with Tyler Huntley taking over for Baltimore in the second half. Before leaving, Jackson completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns while adding 20 yards on two carries. Baltimore visits Atlanta on Sunday night in Week 5.

Tee Higgins Dealing With Abductor Injury
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is dealing with an abductor injury, head coach Zac Taylor said after Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Charlie Clifford. Higgins was hurt after making a 19-yard catch late in the fourth quarter and needed attention from the training staff. He missed the next play but returned later in the drive, catching a pass on his first snap back. Higgins finished with 11 receptions for 157 yards, easily his best receiving total through four games. Taylor did not provide a timetable or any additional details on the injury immediately after the game.

Kyle Monangai's Fantasy Value Jumps After Week 4 Breakout
Chicago Bears running back Kyle Monangai just made this backfield much more interesting for fantasy managers. Monangai entered Sunday with exactly 10 carries in each of Chicago's first three games, then handled 30 of them for 146 yards and two touchdowns in the 23-12 win over the Jets. He scored from one yard out in the first quarter and found the end zone again from five yards in the third. The second score came after D'Andre Swift lost a fumble on Chicago's previous possession, and the Bears continued to lean heavily on Monangai the rest of the afternoon. Swift still had 15 carries for 58 yards, so this does not automatically make Monangai the unquestioned lead back going forward. It does make the split much harder to predict. Monangai matched his carry total from the first three weeks in one game and made the most of it, giving his fantasy value a significant boost coming out of Week 4.

Emanuel Wilson Getting First-Team Reps in Warmups
Seattle Seahawks running back Emanuel Wilson appears set to get the start Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Corbin K. Smith reported that Wilson took the first running back reps during pregame warmups with Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve. Wilson has 32 carries for 109 yards through three games, with most of that production coming in a 21-carry, 92-yard performance against Arizona in Week 2. George Holani is also available and figures to see work, but Wilson getting the first reps before kickoff points to him opening the game atop the backfield.

Jadarian Price Not Expected to Miss Rest of Season
Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price (chest) isn't expected to be sidelined for the remainder of his rookie season. General manager John Schneider told Steve Raible on Seattle Sports that the team doesn't "see it as a season-ending thing at all." Price still has some time to miss after landing on injured reserve Saturday. He aggravated the chest injury during Wednesday's practice after originally hurting it against Arizona in Week 2 and playing the following week. Price started each of Seattle's first three games, rushing 28 times for 119 yards while catching four passes for 21 yards. He will be required to miss at least four games before becoming eligible to return.

Eli Raridon Questionable to Return With Ankle Injury
New England Patriots tight end Eli Raridon (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, according to Taylor Kyles. It's a second injury concern in as many weeks for the rookie, who missed Week 3 against Jacksonville with a thigh injury. Raridon was limited in all three practices leading into Sunday and was active after carrying a questionable designation. He entered the game with two catches for 32 yards and a touchdown through his first two NFL appearances.

Joe Mixon Hints at Return in Social Media Posts
Free-agent running back Joe Mixon (foot) posted a workout video to his Instagram Story this weekend showing himself going through drills as he works toward an NFL comeback. Mixon hasn't played since January 2025 after a foot injury wiped out his entire 2025 season, and Houston released him in March. The 30-year-old was productive the last time he played, rushing for 1,016 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 regular-season games in 2024. There's now a team showing interest, too. Mixon is traveling to Seattle on Sunday and is expected to visit and work out for the Seahawks on Monday, according to reports. Seattle placed rookie Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve Saturday, while Zach Charbonnet (knee) is still working his way back from a torn ACL.

Mack Hollins Questionable to Return With Calf Injury
New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, according to Evan Lazar of Patriots.com. Hollins went down without contact on an incomplete pass during New England's first possession of the second half. He walked off the field before heading to the locker room. Hollins had three catches for 53 yards before leaving after posting six receptions for 87 yards against Jacksonville last week.

Ladd McConkey Active Against Seahawks
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) is active Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. There was some concern about his availability after McConkey missed Thursday's practice, though he was able to get back on the field in a limited fashion Friday. He was officially listed as questionable. McConkey has 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown through three games, but the targets haven't exactly been piling up lately. He saw three in Week 2 and five last week. RotoBaller has McConkey at WR32 for Week 4, which puts him more in the WR3 mix than among the receivers fantasy managers need to force into lineups.

Mike Evans Active Against Broncos
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs) is active for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Evans was listed as questionable after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday before returning in a limited capacity Friday. He suffered the injury during last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals, finishing with three catches on six targets for 34 yards and a touchdown before exiting. Evans enters Sunday with 12 receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns through three games. RotoBaller has him at WR31 in its updated Week 4 PPR rankings, putting him in WR3 territory while he plays through the rib issue.

Lamar Jackson Questionable to Return With Ankle Injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jackson suffered the injury late in the first half and did not return to the field when Baltimore opened the third quarter, with Tyler Huntley taking over at quarterback. Jackson had completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns before exiting. He entered Sunday without an injury designation after dealing with a minor back issue earlier in the week, so the ankle is a new concern.
