Courtland Sutton Bounces Back In Loss To Titans
2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton finally avoided complete disappointment for his fantasy managers in the 17-10 Week 10 loss to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Sutton caught six of a team-high 11 targets for 66 yards after totaling just six catches on 16 targets for 50 scoreless yards in the previous three games combined. It helped Sutton's cause when receiving teammate Jerry Jeudy (ankle) left the game early and never returned. Although the 27-year-old didn't find the end zone, he had five more targets than any other Broncos player on the day and had some nifty catches to sustain drives while averaging 11 yards per reception. If Jeudy is unable to play in Week 11 against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders, Sutton will have obvious WR2 upside as quarterback Russell Wilson's favorite target. Sutton had his only TD of the year in the first meeting against Vegas in Week 4.
