Christian Moore Launches Fourth Home Run at Triple-A
Christian Moore went 2-for-4 with a home run during their contest against Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday evening. Moore has been swinging a hot bat since earning the call to Triple-A. Over his first 19 games with Salt Lake, Moore has posted an impressive .342/.414/.539 slash line with four doubles, one triple, three home runs, and three stolen bases. During this stretch, he has tallied 15 RBI and scored 14 runs. The eighth overall pick in last year's MLB Draft opened the season with Double-A and held a .234/.342/.323 line. Last summer, Moore performed at an elite level at Double-A following the draft, posting a .911 OPS through 23 games. If the 22-year-old continues to produce at this level, he could reach the majors in the coming weeks.
