UFC veteran Tim Elliott suffered a unanimous decision loss to former title challenger Steve Erceg on the main card of UFC Perth on Saturday. Elliott had a lot of success, mostly in the opening round, but in the second and third rounds, Erceg's boxing skill, predominantly his counters, were just too much for Elliott to handle. In the end, the judges scored the fight 29-28, 29-28, 29-28 in favor of Erceg. In 15 minutes of action, Elliott landed two takedowns and 90 significant strikes. With the loss, Elliott dropped to 21-14-1 as a pro and is now 10-12 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
