6 months agoCleveland Browns defensive end Chad Thomas (neck) suffered a neck injury during practice on Monday and he was carted off with what appeared to be a severe and scary ailment. However, he was simply diagnosed with a sprained neck and is considered day to day, and he might even travel to Indiana this week for joint practices with the Indianapolis Colts. Thomas is battling for playing time behind Myles Garrett and Olivier Vernon on the ends. On the defensive side of the ball, DE Jarrell Owens (groin), DT Brian Price (concussion) and CB Tavierre Thomas (hamstring) were absent from practice. The Browns DST has the potential to be a solid No. 1 fantasy unit if everyone can stay healthy.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
