Pirates right-hander Bubba Chandler turned in another disappointing outing on Tuesday, allowing three earned runs on five hits, two walks, and a home run against the Astros. The rookie's season ERA now sits at 4.89 to go along with a 1.51 WHIP, and he has reached the six-inning mark just once this season. Command remains a major concern for Chandler, whose 14.7 percent walk rate ranks in the sixth percentile among qualified pitchers. The talent is still evident, and his arsenal continues to generate intrigue, but the results have not followed consistently at the major league level. Until Chandler begins limiting free passes and working deeper into games, fantasy managers may be better served looking elsewhere for rotation help.--Julian Brooke
