3/16:Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper is listed as day-to-day for the rest of spring training after he was hit in the right ankle by a 96 mph fastball from Blue Jays pitcher Trent Thornton on Friday. He left the game and was diagnosed with a right foot contusion after preliminary X-rays were negative. Manager Gabe Kapler said the swelling went down overnight but there is no word on whether Harper will play again this spring. The Phillies are confident he'll be ready for Opening Day, but fantasy owners must wonder whether Harper will have his timing down if he doesn't get enough at-bats in spring training. He should still be an early-round fantasy pick with high-end upside in Philadelphia.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
