Brady Christensen Moving To Utility Role
7 months agoCarolina Panthers offensive lineman Brady Christensen (biceps) started every game at left guard in 2022 before breaking his ankle in Week 17 after being taken in the third round in 2021. Christensen was back in the starting lineup to start last season before suffering a season-ending biceps injury in Week 1. Now that the team has added guards Robert Hunt and Damien Lewis this offseason, Christensen is set to move to a utility role on the offensive line, serving as a backup at both guard and tackle and even taking snaps at center during the recent voluntary minicamp. The 27-year-old offensive lineman is useful for his versatility, but the move to a backup role in 2024 isn't good news for him as he enters a contract year. Christensen has started 24 of the 34 games he's appeared in over his three seasons in Carolina.
