Bradley Roby Ruled Out Against Jaguars
4 years agoHouston Texans cornerback Bradley Roby will not travel with the team and has been ruled out for Week 9 against the Jaguars. No reason was given, but Roby isn't injured and isn't dealing with anything COVID-19-related. Roby has played in seven games with Houston this year, recording 29 tackles (26 solo), one interception and five passes defensed. His absence is good news for the Jags receivers, but keep in mind that quarterback Jake Luton is taking over for Gardner Minshew II (thumb) under center this week. Jacksonville's receivers should be downgraded in slightly, while the Texans Defense will have top-five upside this week against a backup signal-caller making his first career start.
