Noah Fant's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 12 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Noah Fant for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Sit in all formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE3
ANALYSIS: The 2023 season has been largely forgettable for Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant. While he went over 40 receiving yards in three of the team's first four games, his production has fallen off a cliff since. In the last six games, Fant has finished with double-digit receiving yards just twice.
That includes a combined total of just 10 receiving yards for Fant over Seattle's last three games. In Week 9 against the Ravens, Fant was held without a catch on one target. In Week 10 against the Commanders, he improved to two catches for six yards. Last week against the Rams, he caught just one pass for four yards.
Seattle just isn't using its tight ends. Will Dissly outperformed Fant in Week 11, but not by much, with Dissly's sole reception going for nine yards.
At this point, fantasy managers don't have a reason to start Noah Fant in any format. I mean...maybe there's some upside in a 16-team TE premium league, but even then, you're hoping for production that just hasn't come this year. There are many better fantasy options at tight end this week than Noah Fant, who faces a tough San Francisco 49ers defense on Thursday.
